This was released on schedule as darcs 2.1.2

(it would have been called 2.1.1 except for a slight mishap involving a
new failing test case I had accidentally included)

I propose to cancel this release and lump its features onto the January
release. Reasons:

1. From a technical standpoint, this risks to be messy; there are too
many dependencies for us to be able to cherry pick just the patches
that offer Cabal support. We could just make a new conflicting
patch, but I don't think it's worth the trouble

2. Having these back-to-back releases is a bit awkward anyway

3. This will give us more time for testing, especially our new libdarcs.
Even though this version of libdarcs is promised to be volatile and
unsafe, it would be good to at least test things like the
   libdarcs.cabal file

Still planned, and with Jason Dagit on Release Management duty :-)

Thanks!
