Hi, maybe Duncan could tell us more about this? Maybe we are supposed to list Cabal explicitly in the build-depends, in addition to Cabal-Version: >= 1.6? Or maybe this is an inherent limitation (since it possibly needs cabal-install to be restarted?) and we should instead put a notice on this in our build instructions?
