This all sounds good. I think all release candidates would get more
testing if there were binaries fresh from the build-bots. How about
creating a wiki-page for each RC with the changelog and a list of
binaries for most platforms?
[I know I would do more RC testing this way. So far, I have refrained
from installing GHC just to build darcs....]
