Darcs send requires access to the remote repository to know what patches
we have in common and therefore the patches it does not need to send.
So what do I do? I tried test.darcs.net but that complained about
repository formats. I did 'darcs get' on test.darcs.net and I got a
weird "Happstack 0.2.1 File not found" error.
