Done. Just polished the one I had lying around.
Hopefully, it's just something simple like our path-fixing code.
If we got Dmitry or somebody else to help you figure out what's
going on, would you be interested in trying to fix it?
From what I could glance with my rather inferior Haskell experience,
it seems that annotate does interact with paths differently then the
other commands.
To answer your question: I just spend 2 hours trying to fix it, but
I am willing to spend some more. Some pointers would be appreciated,
though, especially tips on how to debug this.
I would also be interested in producing a fix for Issue 1089[1], as I
find it highly annoying. Pointers would be nice as well ;).
