Applied, thanks!  It might be good to root around in the user
documentation for similar docs and point them to this file.
Also, there was once a HACKING file and I (wrongly) merged it
back into the README, so you may want to check the README too.

Resolve issue1343: mention darcs-users is subscriber-only, use --from.
