While we're on the subject, I should point out two developments in the ShSh universe since your last post on the matter [1]: Stephen Hicks has factored out and released a standalone language-sh module http://hackage.haskell.org/cgi-bin/hackage-scripts/package/language-sh and also David has started moving towards making his test suite (in his branch of darcs) work with ShSh. I'll also add that I would prefer us to avoid rehashing the discussion on switching to a Haskell-based test suite; so that we can continue focusing on getting Darcs 2.3 ready for freeze in two weeks (not to mention GSoC).
