Hmm, seems to be missing the Simple module, about which I'm quite curious...
Oops, patch now amended. Note that Simple copies the directory format from
Darcs because I was in a hurry, but obviously doesn't need to (and perhaps
the directory format should be controlled by an explicit parameter not a
typeclass anyway).
