List: the context is a small feature request above by Robin. I suggested he look into the .authorspellings mechanism instead. This sort of thing is making me want to pull out the KISS principle :-) We certainly would not want to find ourselves into a spiral of increasingly sophisticated workarounds for surprise interactions caused by increasingly sophisticated solutions.
