Typo: s/Pathch/Patch/.

Typo: s/enought/enough/.

Are the references to "-HEAD", "-stable" and "stable" from GHC, or some
downstream distro? Suggest either clarifying this, or simply removing
the patch's long description.

The patch itself simply bumps the upper bounds of some build
dependencies. It should be safe to apply once someone (Sergei?)
confirms that Darcs compiles *and* passes our regression tests when
built against the newer GHC.
