I don't recomment anyone to review this bundle. It just sent it
to the list because some people wanted to test/profile the code.
There are still many unfinished/ugly parts and the patches are
split in a chronological order to make it is easy for me to look
at old code for benchmarking/comparing. I will submit a version
for review where the patches are split up according to the feature
they add, e.g., add patch index creation, use patch index in changes
and so on.
