http://bugs.darcs.net/issue1159
(which we have a somewhat inadequate "solution" for in HEAD,
which doesn't really solve your problem if it's what I think
it is).
Does adding

code.haskell.org:/srv/code/webkit/_darcs/prefs/sources help?
