Are you on Windows, or has this repository been used from Windows? If the repo was used from Windows, it could be that darcs has a patch that refers to the file in another mix of uppercase and lowercase than the other patches do. You could do a "darcs changes -s --matches 'touch app/misc/file.php'" to see if that is the case here. That command gives you a list of patches with the files they modify - just look through all of them and see if the filename is spelled the same way in all patches. Reinier
