Here are benchmark results of 2.4.4 release vs. last night's trunk on
my new Macbook Pro.

The results are in a tar.bz2 attached to this letter.

First I ran the full benchmarks, and when I woke up in the morning
they were still running after six hours, which surprised me, so I
killed them. The results of that are in a subdirectory named r1. Then
I ran the benchmarks again with --fast and it took one hour. The
results of that run is in a subdirectory named r2.

Unfortunately Tahoe-LAFS (which is my baby and the thing that I use
darcs on every day) appears to be excluded from the "--fast" run. :-)

So I intend to run this again without --fast overnight tonight and
perhaps also let it keep going in the morning. How long should I give
it?

Thanks!

Regards,

Zooko
