No, because these numbers were generated with an older version of
darcs-benchmark that still reported only the mean

I notice you're having trouble running darcs-benchmark, and that
darcs-benchmark seems to have tripped up on your missing
~/.darcs-benchmark directory.  Could you try the following, please?

  darcs get --tag . http://code.haskell.org/darcs/darcs-benchmark
  darcs pull -p 'Create results directory earlier.'
  cabal configure && cabal build && cabal install
