That URL does not work, but one that does is
http://hackage.haskell.org/packages/archive/darcs/2.5.2/darcs-2.5.2.tar.gz
Oops, sorry - now fixed. In future we should probably just advertise the
hackage URL to save effort, though I guess a darcs.net URL provides some
redundancy.
