If it hasn't been applied to screened yet, it's up to you what you do.
The patch tracker now has a "Status" field for each attachment which you
can use to mark that a particular file isn't relevant any more ("dead"),
if you do supersede one. I've got a nearly finished automated checker
for how far a patch has got, that will make use of that field.
