darcs, there's a "last regrets" prompt which does exactly that: after
selecting patches it says "Do you want to obliterate these patches?"

I can confirm the debian package does not contain lastQuestion:: and
SelectChanges.hs is quite different (and not yet moved to UI). Thanks

And... Oh, well, if someone could confirm that `obliterate'
historically had the 'last-chance' prompt, that would greatly increase
my self-confidence :)
