Thanks, Ganesh, for commenting the state-of-art. darcsden need Redis and 
CouchDB. I think you should lightweight the requeriments before putting in 
darcs. Is there any simple web framework in Haskell like Bottle in python? (I'm 
not haskell expert). Perhaps you could try it from that.
