This is no new sport at all, this is my second ironman, did one in 2006 as well. I don't understand people saying that you must train 12 hours a week to do an ironman ...., it takes much more :P, firstly you need to practice your look, you need to be in the zone, the way you put the shirt on the board, board position, steam pressure, ambient light, view, risk factor, etc. the list goes on and on....
