2.30 am - Just spoke to Lance again, The whole team summited Mt Vinson. He said that it was -33C and very windy on the summit, He said that between the mixtures of emotion and exhaustion this was one of the hardest things they had ever done but also the most unbelievable thing they had ever done, He said that the team was now back at high camp, They were hungry and tired and were all going to eat something and then going to climb into their sleeping bags and get some sleep, Tomorrow they would make their way back to base camp.
