Sometimes the piston gets dirty/ too dry and you need to lube the piston. 
Obviously u need to remove from the bike to ensure you don't get lube on the 
brake pads or rotor.

Squeeze the lever to expose the whole piston, lube with appropriate lube (you 
may wanna get advice on this, I'd probably use White Lightning Epic). Then use 
a wide flat screwdriver to push piston back in, clean WELL and reassemble.

I've done this before but can't remember who helped me or what lube we used,

Problem it the hammer does not quite fit between the pistons... though the
hammer would help to relieve some of the frustration the bike is causing.
