My version of the 50km District DirtRoad Dabble with the detail I can recall:
7 of us left Moomall at a little after 19:00 to tackle the dirt. We rode for 26km, chatting a little, freezing a lot. Then we stopped and Clinton packed out some hot Nectar of the Gods - hot coffee with cow juice and just the right amount of sugar. This we gulped down rather faster than I think was intended. Stealth then proceeded to crush the flask in an attempt to squeeze a third litre from the 2 litre flask. Sad to say, he wan unsuccessful :-( After this welcome respite, we rode 25km back to Moomall, a lot less chatty now the coffee was finished. Sorry, other than the coffee I dont recall too much detail on the ride, the chats made for a really short ride. Thanks to Clinton - that was awesome! And thanks to you all for the great company.
