As for adventure: The Dome AR "sprint" proved to be more adventure than sprint. A rock climb ending in the "Devil's chimney" was much more than I ever thought I would do. Add some kloofing, a lot of mountain biking; part of it on a rocky hiking trail, two mining tunnels, some running, tubing down the Vaal, leopard crawl underneath a net and more and you get a sprint lasting almost five hours.
