Rocks and Roll is the one where we go and find all the gnarliest trails around and cruise down some wicked singletracks .. then speedzone up some hills. Safety is still a factor so you can take them at your own pace... however a bit of fitness for the hills will help. After all the rain, man the trails have returned to their rocky respectably gnarlyness and it is going to be a blast. Some highlights = vetseun, cruiser, beegdipper, Cornwall D.H. Rush, Light at the end of the Tunnel, Blair Witch, Heartbreak ridge, look-ma-no breaks, python and more...
