So waaasup for this weeks D&D .. well its the awesome INTRO route, Nice fun 25km with a mix set of trails and a great social pace keeping firstimers (D&D virgins) at ease while they come to grips with their nightly senses... It is such a lekker social ride and a lot of FUN, and a few speedzones to get some of the ol racing snakes HR pumped.. but the focus is on INTRO.
