Hi Ladies and Gents, After years of riding with my trusted downlight mounted in a pvc pipe, I decided to look for something else. I just could not get myself to pay R900 for a simple light. So, I decided to import a light from the big factory / China. Well, this one is from Malaysia to be exact :-)
I imported a batch, sold a bunch of them to family and friends. Imported another batch. Those were sold to family and friends before they landed, so I got another batch. At last I have a few left that family and friends did not grab. I have a few left for R450 each. Please shout if you are interested. A bit of info: Advertised for 1200 Lumens (I think reality is a bit less, but very capable for MTB'ing!) 4 Lion batteries 8.4 V 6400 mAh They claim it to be water resistant. I did not cycle in the rain yet with it. I can send pics on request. (I do not want to flood mailboxes).
