The October rides started off with nine riders gathering at the Moo mall, but only six started the ride because of tyre problems that could not be fixed. At Ezekiel's drop-off we had to scramble over a wall of gravel and up another dirt wall to get to the top. After the drop-off we had to take another road because our normal route was blocked off. A new fence being erected also threatens a number of our routes down to the railway line. But we still enjoyed an enjoyable ride.
This Thursday we do the Dirt Flirt ride which is somewhat longer and a bit more technical, but don't be put off by that. I won't be there, but Johan Pomp will lead.
