Hello folks,

with this email I want to shortly introduce myself to the Darklab
mailing list. Since this weekend I am a new member of the project as
you can see in the ABOUT section. Teco set up the mail account for me
and gave me the login informations for the server, so that I am able
to save files on it. (Thanks to FX for making me a member, we met at
the 24c3 in December!)

So where to start? My name is SkyOut and I live in Germany, exactly
Wiesbaden/Hessen and soon I will work in Ulm/Baden-Wuerttemberg. I am
18 years of age at the moment and I am interested in IT Security for
several years now. At the beginning of all this I only looked at
malware analysis and coding, but now focusing more on websecurity,
systemsecurity and networksecurity. I try to learn as much as possible
about what I call hacking, or call it cracking or however.

My skills are widely spread at the moment. I haven't yet focused on
something specific, but as I will soon work for a company as a
penetration tester and especially websecurity this might get my main
subject, that I will focus on.

To say some things I am doing at the moment and always trying to learn
more on it:

Websecurity: XSS, RFI, LFI, XSRF, RCE
System/Networksecurity: Buffer Overflows, Race Conditions, Sniffing,
Spoofing, MITM
System administration: Unix/Linux, Windows, Mac OS X

So I have a bit of everything, but not yet decided what to learn with
focus. At the moment I am in a state, where I try to learn a bit of
everything and then decide, what might be most interesting...

For more stuff check out my website at www.smash-the-stack.net!

I hope for some cool discussions on the mailing list and projects for
the future.

Regards,
SkyOut
