But the build instructions don't mention cmake.

Should I edit build.sh to add DDONT_USE_INTERNAL_LUA=off to the cmake
command near the bottom of the script, or is there a more elegant way to do
this? (I'm not familiar with cmake - the only time I have used it was
installing ocaml on Windows - not a pleasanr experience).
