I think I got it straightened out (the issue was on the SD-1100)

Certainly! As far as I can tell, there's no dead-pixel correction in
DT at all, i.e. interpolating out the identically-zero values in the
RAW. Seems to make sense to start from the hotpixel module to
implement that, although I could be missing something.

Yep, these were on the list to do as well (across all three cameras).
The Fuji XF-1 has zilch lensfun support, though, so I intend to do
that first. I'll then be following up here as I work on the DT-related
aspects of the cameras...just mentioned them on the lensfun list in
case anybody was interested.
