Not really. We do not provide any camera ICC profiles.

We do have /some/ custom matrices.
But nowadays, same as with custom camera base/tone curves, we do not merge
new ones.
2 main reasons:
1. no knowledge to check whether they are valid.
2. no one wants to/has time to  look at them.
