Hi everyone, some users (like me ;) ) seem to be distracted by the XMP sidecar files created by darktable (and likewise Lightroom). I would suggest adding an option to make them hidden, i.e. mark the files as hidden during their creation. Like calling "chflags hidden“ on the file on Mac.
Not sure if this is the „right“ way of suggesting it. If not, please point me to the correct place. Thanks!
