It's strange because these are the files straight from Argyll. So
deleting the blank lines work with CHT file. However, the picture is

That's because the CHT file is corrupt [0]. Just remove the blank lines

Maybe intermediate blank lines are allowed and one has to check for a
new
section start instead of a blank line? I don't know.
