Besides cropping, rotation and WB I don't think it's possible to get similar processing. LR devs didn't document what it does, and it does a lot of strange processing—even the exposure slider in LR does something weird, definitely not a simple multiplier for raw values. Also (AFAIK) it uses completely different color profiles. And I doubt anyone would like to reverse-engineer all of that… But you could render your previous work to JPEG before switching, right? (that's what I did btw—so I only ever needed to re-develop only a few older shots)
