I think Aurélien his idea is great also this is easy to achieve from a code point of you. This is also easy for newcomers to understand. However the search option is an amazing idea with tags associated with modules. Could also be doable with a few lines of code. However dynamic lists as you suggest are much harder to implement would need quite some refactoring and new code.
