OK, so :
 1 - if I left the default scale value to 1.028 and vignetting only and I
switch on/off the module, then the image "move" (cropped / resized) while
switching the module while the scale stay at 1.028.

2  - if I set the scale to 1.000 and vignetting only and I switch on/off
the module, then the image stay with the same aspect (dimensions) on the
screen.

There is also an other issue (maybe cosmetic). If the scale factor is 1.028
(default), when the module is active, I get "only vignetting" in the
"correction done" field. If I set the scale factor to 1.000, the field
"correction done" is empty always but the first time I switch the module
on/off (while the correction is applied).

BTW,  I forgot to tell I use the git version of darktable.
