if you are intending to post a bug report, it needs to be done it github,

As someone who ships commercial software for a living I don't care by
what channel a user reports something that may need fixing.
/They/ made an effort already. To help me improve /my/ product.
Email, Twitter, FB, Instagram etc.
Who cares?
If you can't be bothered to create the ticket from their report yourself
that seems to indicate you're actually not interested in their report in
the first place.
Worse, judging from your reply you may be more interested in someone
following a protocol ("it needs to be done [...]" -- wtf?) than shipping
glitch-free software.
On a side note: creating the ticket by copying & pasting Christian's
text into Github probably took me less time than you to write your
patronizing reply to him.
And yes, I'm fully aware this very message of mine falls into the latter
category too. :]

P.S. sorry about the grumpy mail but I read Patrick's reply to Chris b4
breakfast -- always a bad idea. :P
