Yes only CSS. A font cannot be installed system wide easily anyway. > 2). How should packagers consider a Roboto font? Should it be included in macOS and Windows packages or can we > just say in release notes that user has to install Roboto font himself > if he wants to? I would say that this is up to the packager. My take is: - On Linux Roboto should be a dependency for best experience. But certainly not mandatory. - On Windows and MacOS clearly state that this should be installed by users. > Keep in mind that I don't think that just because > elegant theme isn't the default option this question doesn't matter - if > some feature is included, it should work. But again this has nothing to do with any CSS if there was no Gtk bug then some other fonts could be picked from the OS and used. Roboto is one nice font, but Cantarel and "Ubuntu Light" would give a nice interface too. -- Pascal Obry / Magny Les Hameaux (78) The best way to travel is by means of imagination http://www.obry.net gpg --keyserver keys.gnupg.net --recv-key F949BD3B ___________________________________________________________________________ darktable developer mailing list to unsubscribe send a mail to darktable-dev+unsubscr...@lists.darktable.org
