Hmm, what happens when you remove darktable's cached opencl binaries? cd $HOME/.cache/darktable rm -r cached_kernels_for_GeForceGT640M
Then start darktable again. From the outputs it seems that in all cases darktable gets a precompiled binary from there. Only blendop seems not to be in there and trying to generate it, something goes wrong. Let's see if this is really blendop specific.
