we read both dc:subject and lr:hierarchicalSubject (first one is in
your file). so you should be fine with those xmp, it's probably just a
matter of removing the raws from dt's database, copying the xmp over
to the right place (or using your script to inject just the tags into
existing dt-xmp files), and re-importing.
