Marie,
You can also set a rule/filter in gmail so the mails sent from this list
are directly tagged and also skip your inbox. You will see them only in a
folder in the list of the left. You can also automatically mark them as
read if the unread count bothers you. This way you have access to them and
to the list as soon as you need them.
