Hi,

crop/rotate and framing don't act nicely together.

Most users won't notice as adding a frame is normally one of the very
last steps in a workflow while crop/rotate comes very early. But still
it would be better if we improve that at some time. Could you open a
ticket at http://www.darktable.org/redmine please?

Best advice currently is to temporarily deactivate framing when you need
to change crop/rotate after having added a frame. Switch on the frame
again afterwards.
