It would be really nice if there is a Changelog somewhere in the repo or
in the generated tarball release. I do not know the procedure in other
distros but at openSUSE the changes are part of the official packaging
process and simply putting down "upgraded to version x.y.x" does not
count. Would it not be possible (and nice) to have the development tree
to have the changelog, as I can build the package but can not submit it
until the changelog appears in the blog/users list since I need that
changelog as part of the packaging process.
