There is none currently. But if you kept the directory with your RAW
images and the generated files, just re-run the command hanatos gave you:
    ~/darktable/tools/noise/gen-profile -d /dir/where/your/shots/are

The script will re-use the RAW images and the .pfm files and will only
recreate the PDFs, presets.txt and the library.db. It should not be that
long.
