There are 'Color Temperature' as well as 'Manual' settings in the tethering White-Balance settings but I am not sure how the temperatures should be set. If I go to the darkroom and set a value it is not maintained and control of the camera is basically lost once tethering is started.
The histogram can be activated (in tethering) by going to darkroom mode and then returning ..... not wonderful but it does work.
