I would be happy to contribute to your efforts by polishing the English in your
User Manual -- at no cost, naturally. I am an English native speaker, and
consultant in the use of English. The Manual contains some grammatical errors
("Recent used collections", for example, should be "Recently used collections",
"change history stack" should be "change the history stack"; there are many
commas where periods should be); numerous clumsy, unidiomatic phrases ("This
panel allows to manipulate development" is so strange that I'm not sure what it
means, and understand only after reading on. "Prompt a dialog box to allow you
to select a .xmp file": "Select an .xmp file" is probably enough, though you
could write "Select an .xmp file via a dialog"); many typos ("remebering").
Example: "Remove the selected images from the darktable databse. Those images
will not be shown in lighttable anymore." The natural, idiomatic version would
be: "Remove the selected images from the darktable database. These images will
no longer appear in lighttable." This may seem trivial, but taken overall such
foreign phraseology makes the text unnecessarily difficult to read.
