While you have the same sqlite3 package that everybody else (updated) you
have compiled or installed a local sqlite3. That is why daktable is linking
with that copy, as it is referenced in:

So please, remove that library from /usr/local/lib and recompile. You will
get the correct sqlite3 version from the system and everything should work
ok.
