so the issue is clearly not OpenCL related. I still can not reproduce 
here. A few possibilities: it might be linked to the specifics of your 
input raw (size, dimension, ...) or it might be linked to your specific 
settings in core options.

For me to further dig into the problem it would be nice to receive the 
raw file (via dropbox) and a screenshot of your core options.
