Hi, I just noticed something weird about our lensfun implementation...
We have two input fields "camera" and "lens"... For example: Camera: NX100 Lens: Samsung, Samsung NX 30mm F2 Pancake Lens has a tooltip... Camera does not... When I click NX100, and manually select Samsung->NX100 from the list, the string in the box changes to: Samsung, NX100. Now it has a tooltip too... The correction is properly applied in all cases as far as I can tell... So this seems to be an odd cosmetic issue... I tried it for the Nikon D7000 too, same issue, so it does not seem camera specific.
